Singapore: Spectra, A Light & Water Show

Marina Bay Sand’s Spectra – A Light & Water Show, a free nightly outdoor laser light show displayed over the water at the Event Plaza at the Promenade.  The show is created with an impressive laser light display & music played by a 140-piece symphony orchestra, created by some of Singapore’s most famous composers all showcased with the beautiful Singapore skyline as a backdrop. This is Southeast Asia’s largest light and water show.  It’s all free of charge, lasts for 13 minutes, and certainly entertains with its audio and visual effects.

The great thing about this light and sound show at Marina Bay is that it is visible from both sides of the water. If you are standing in front of the hotel looking towards the city you can hear the music and see the projected images on the water fountains. From the city side, looking towards the hotel, you see not only the water fountains but also a series of lasers which light up Marina Bay Sands and the ArtScience Museum.
