Trattoria Vecchia Roma is a 100 year old cafe recommended by my Roman friends. Family run, traditional Roman cooking, famous for their house speciality dishes. Philip and Stefan...it’s rare and so fun to have colleagues to hang out with after work!!
Make a reservation...there is always a huge queue throughout the evening to get in without reservation.

Their house speciality is to cook the pasta inside of a huge, black round of cheese...yes cheese. They set it on fire. It’s so good, it’s to live for!! AND yes, there are pitchers of wine involved as well. Does it get any better then this??
